We went to a cookout yesterday, and I brought pasta salad and veggie pizza...mmm. They both went over well. :)

Hopefully I'll get some stamping done today....Adam's going golfing so I should be fine. :) Happy Memorial Day!

Here's the recipe --

  • Vegetable Pizza

    1 can crescent rolls
    8 oz container ranch or dill dip
    1 t horseradish (or to taste)
    1 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
    Assorted cut up vegetables such as:
    Carrots
    Broccoli
    Radishes
    Cucumber
    Olives
    Tomato

    Roll out crescent rolls in jelly-roll style pan, pressing edges to seal. Bake for 13 minutes at 375. Allow to cool.
    Stir horseradish into dip and spread evenly on crust. Top with vegetables and shredded cheese.
    Cut into squares and refrigerate until serving.
